PATHETIC ICE CREAM SUNDAE

Piggy is sure everyone knows which fast food outlet sell sundae ice cream rite?

Staff : Tak boleh... memang banyak tapi dia lebur.....

Complaint Letter :

I had a very bad experience with your branch on 27/7/2005 ( 9pm). I ordered 2 ice cream sundaes one chocolate and 1 strawberry. However your staff didn't fill the sundae adequately. The sundae cups were not even half filled. It was PATHETIC. I mentioned to the staff immediately that although there are variations of sundae being served in all branches it is never THAT little. I ask the staff to do again BUT she informs me the sundae has reduced due to melting. That makes me wonder, how long it takes to make and serve a sundae until it can evaporates to less than half a cup? And I believe there should be more quantity when things melt down. Please ask your development team to try this theory out with ice and tell me does it look like more water in a cup when melted or less water in the cup?
I do believe as a franchised food outlet, your standard of food should more or less be the same. If I can get a full cup of ice cream sundae at Mid Valley, please explain why I can’t get the same in Times Square? Please also explain why ice creams melt faster there. This is a serious breach of quality that is really BAD on your image as Times Square branch is given international exposure. There are so many foreigners there and you really can’t afford to deliver such double standard services. May I also inform you that the floor there is sticky and the tables are not wipe clean? Please explain why such a small outlet cannot even maintain the basic cleanliness while big outlets like those in Central market can do it? Please also give me your customer service manager’s email so that I may emailed the
PATHETIC ice cream sundaes for your attention. YES I took a picture of the sundaes before I ate because I can’t really believe your company provide such bad service in Times Square. I will be happy to give you a copy of it.
Last suggestion is please do not charge RM2.50 per ice cream if you do not plan to give RM2.50s worth of ice cream. Just abolish the whole sundae menu and stick to cones. At least I know I am getting my money’s worth from your sundae cones.
